At Petit Fours High Tea, we are creative and inventive in the kitchen. Our set menu contains at least 6 mini savories, 6 mini desserts and scones. These are always changing depending on what is seasonally available, currently on trend and popular. We offer a wide selection of menu items that will be guaranteed to impress your guests.
Create your own menu: For an additional charge of $10 per head, you are welcome to select 12 of your favourite items from our full menu below. Please note however some items may not be seasonally available but we will work with you to provide suitable options.
Food allergies: We will do our best to accommodate any food allergies that you or your guests may have. There is a $10 surcharge for any special dietary requirements. However, please note that all food is prepared in our kitchen which also processes wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts and meat.
Our light and crispy macarons are made of two meringues and ground almond shells, sandwiched together with a ganache or buttercream filling. The variety of flavours and colours is limited only by our imagination. Some favourites include crème brulee, raspberry, chocolate, salted caramel, pistachio and coffee.
Our cream filled meringue nests may be served traditionally with seasonal fruit or may take on a modern mediterranean twist with turkish delight, pistachio, pomegranate and persian fairy floss.

Our melting moments are light and delicate shortbread style biscuits that melt in your mouth. They are sandwiched together with buttercream icing. We challenge you to try stopping at just one.
Raspberry & White Chocolate Friands
Our friands are light and moist oval shaped cakes made with almond meal and tangy raspberries, Enhanced with creamy white chocolate and finished off with a dusting of icing sugar, they are simply delicious.
Who doesn’t love a cupcake? These bite sized delights are pure artistic simplicity when topped with our light and fluffy buttercream icing.
Also known as Powder Puffs, these incredibly light and airy mini sponge cakes are a childhood favourite of ours. Filled with jam and cream and dusted with icing sugar, they are always a crowd pleaser.
Brandy snaps are a crisp, cigar-shaped logs of lacy yumminess filled with fresh cream. We leave the brandy out of our brandy snaps so everyone can enjoy them.
Panna cotta is an Italian dessert literally meaning cooked cream. These luscious, soft set creams have the added deliciousness of white chocolate.
Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
The perfect marriage between rich chocolate and sweet strawberries combine to make a mouthwatering and appealing treat. Who can resist their daily serve of fruit when its presented like this?

Berry Cheesecakes are a beloved favourite with a biscuit base and lemon cream cheese filling.

The soft velvety flavour combination of puree mango and creamy coconut tapioca is a classic taste that can only mean summertime.
Scones with Jam & Cream
A high tea classic that is hard to beat. Warm scones straight from the oven, filled with strawberry jam and whipped cream. The only question in debate is should the jam go first or the cream?
Traditionally, high tea started with sandwiches made on thinly sliced bread with crusts removed and the finest of fillings. We are currently serving cucumber sandwiches with lemon and dill butter or chicken with avocado and cashew.
Our quiche are made from a pastry crust filled with eggs, bacon, milk and cheese.
Caramelised Onion and Goats Cheese Tart
Crisp tart shells filled with sweet caramelised onion and topped with the creamy tang of goat cheese.
Frittata is another “eggcellent” choice but unlike quiche, it does not have a pastry crust. Our frittata is made with smokey roast pumpkin and feta.
Walnut & Blue Cheese Shortbreads
These cute little shortbread biscuits flavoured with the punch of blue cheese, topped with walnut and sandwiched together with Boursin cheese.
We use Chinese spoons to serve our two signature salads made from crushed pea, mint and ricotta or watermelon, beetroot, feta and mint.
Our mini sausage rolls are made with crispy puff pastry and herb infused sausage mince. We are currently serving pork and fennel sausage rolls.
Roasted Vegetable Tarts
Our shortcrust pastry tarts combine the bold flavours of rosemary roasted vegetables with a pesto ricotta filling.
Our bruschetta is made char-grilled garlic infused French sticks with either tomato, pesto and mozzarella or avocado, mango and feta or grilled peach, walnut and goats cheese.
These skewers showcase an assortment of antipasto favourites including Italian meats, cheeses, char-grilled vegetables and olives.
Thai Style Lettuce Cups
For this dish, we take a crisp lettuce cup and fill it with minced chicken, lime, chilli, peanuts, Asian sauces and herbs. The combination of sweet, salty tangy and spicy provides a little taste of Asia.
The name might be a tongue twister but the flavour is a delight. We take the soup of the day (currently thai spicy pumpkin soup) and serve it piping hot in a shot glass.
Smoked Salmon Pikelets
We serve our light and fluffy pikelets with smoked salmon and herb cream cheese.
